Google sign-in privacy
Last updated: October 4, 2026
This page explains how Dripstone Hosting uses Google sign-in information for accounts on billing.dripstone.host.
Information from Google
When you choose to continue with Google, Google provides your name, email address, email-verification status, and a unique Google account identifier. We use this information to verify your identity, create or link your billing account, and let you sign in again.
Google sign-in requests basic identity information. It does not request access to your Gmail messages, Google Drive files, or contacts.
Your billing account
Your name and email are used in your Dripstone billing profile. First-time customers must also complete the billing details required by the website. Your billing profile is used to manage hosting services, invoices, account communications, and payment processing with the payment provider you select, such as Stripe or PayPal.
Storage and access
Your Google account identifier and billing profile are stored in Dripstone's billing database. Dripstone does not receive your Google password and does not retain Google sign-in access or refresh tokens in your account record. Access to billing accounts and administration is controlled by account permissions.
The Google sign-in link remains associated with your billing account until it is removed or the account is deleted. Removing Google access in your Google Account settings does not itself delete your Dripstone billing account or invoices.
Your choices
You can manage Google access in your Google Account settings. To request removal of your Google sign-in link, correction of your profile, or deletion of your Dripstone account, contact Dripstone Support. We may need to verify your account ownership before making changes.
